IELTS পরীক্ষায় Voice কেন

IELTS পরীক্ষায় Voice (Active ও Passive) খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, কারণ এটি বাক্যকে পরিষ্কার ও অর্থবহ করে তোলে।

   Active Voice ব্যবহার করলে কথা ও লেখা বেশি স্বাভাবিক ও সরাসরি শোনায়, যা Speaking ও Writing-এ ভালো নম্বর পেতে সাহায্য করে।

   অন্যদিকে, Passive Voice একাডেমিক লেখায় বিশেষ করে report ও process বর্ণনায় প্রয়োজন হয়।

   সঠিকভাবে Voice ব্যবহার করলে Grammar Range & Accuracy উন্নত হয় এবং পরীক্ষক বুঝতে পারেন যে শিক্ষার্থী বিভিন্ন ধরনের বাক্য গঠন করতে পারে।

   তাই ভালো Band Score পেতে Voice শেখা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।

Active voice:

যে sentence-এ ‍ subject নিজে সক্রিয়ভাবে কাজটি করে সেই sentence-এ verb-এর active voice হয়।

Sentence Structure:

Subject + Verb + Object

Example:

·         I write articles.

Passive voice:

যে sentence-এ ‍ subject নিজে সক্রিয়ভাবে কাজটি করে না বরং object-এর কাজটি তার দ্বারা করা হয় সেই sentence-এ verb-এর passive voice হয়।

Sentence Structure:

Object + be verb+ verb’s past participle + by+ subject

Example:

·         Articles are written by me.

Voice-কে active থেকে passive করার নিয়মগুলো নিচে বর্ণিত হল:

Rule 1:

a. Active voice-এর subject passive voice-এর object-এ রূপান্তরিত হয়।

The active voice’s subject is changed to the passive voice’s object.

b. Active voice-এর object passive voice-এর subject-এ রূপান্তরিত হয়।

The active voice’s object is changed to the passive voice’s subject.

c. মূল verb-এর past participle ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং auxiliary verb/ be verb নির্বাচন করা হয় subject এবং tense অনুযায়ী ।

The main verb’s past participle is used, and the auxiliary verb/ be verb is chosen according to subject and tense.

Example:

·         I write poems. (Active)

·         Poems are written by me. (Passive)

·         Tense changes verb in Voice

·         Present indefinite tense ——–am/is/are

·         Present continuous tense ———am being/is being/are being

·         Present perfect tense———have been /has been

·         Past indefinite tense ——–was/were

·         Past continuous tense ——was being/were being

·         Past perfect tense ———–had been

·         Future indefinite tense ——shall be/will be

·         Modal auxiliary verb যুক্ত(May/might/can/could/must/ought to/need to/dare to/should/would/going to +verb) যুক্ত Sentence কে active থেকে passive করার সময় সব কিছু (rule 1) এর মত হবে শুধু যে Modal auxiliary verb টি থাকবে তা সরাসরি বসবে এবং তারপর be বসবে।এ ক্ষেত্রে tense অনুযায়ী auxiliary verb বসবে না।

·         Structure :

·         Object এর subject + may, might, can, could, must, ought to, need, dare, should, would, going to এর পরে be + v3+ by + subject এর object.

·         Active: Toha may help you.

·         Passive: You may be helped by Toha.

·         Active: we are going to open a canteen.

·         Passive: A canteen is going to be opened by us.

1. I read a book every night.

2. She plays the piano beautifully.

3. We are learning English grammar now.

4. You are watching a movie at home.

5. Rahim has finished his homework.

6. They have visited the zoo many times.

7. I wrote a letter yesterday.

8. Maria cooked dinner for her family.

9. We were playing football in the field.

10. He was reading a newspaper in the morning.

11. She had completed the task before sunset.

12. They had left the house before it rained.

13. I will help you tomorrow.

14. We will visit our grandparents next week.

15. John will start a new job soon.

১. সঠিক ব্যাকরণের মাধ্যমে উচ্চ স্কোর অর্জিত হয়।

২. ব্যাকরণ ব্যবহার করে জটিল ধারণা প্রকাশ করা হয়।

৩. নিয়ম মেনে চলার মাধ্যমে স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রাখা হয়।

৪. ব্যাকরণের মাধ্যমে যৌক্তিক সংযোগ তৈরি করা হয়।

৫. পরীক্ষকদের দ্বারা ভুলগুলোর জন্য নম্বর কাটা হয়।

৬. সুনির্দিষ্ট ব্যাকরণের মাধ্যমে পেশাদারিত্ব দেখানো হয়।

৭. ব্যাকরণগত নির্ভুলতার দ্বারা দক্ষতা বিচার করা হয়।

Simple Present Tense

1. I usually complete my homework before dinner every evening.

2. Rahim teaches English at the local high school with great dedication.

 Present Continuous Tense

3. We are preparing for the final examination very seriously this week.

4. You are learning new computer skills through online classes.

Present Perfect Tense

5. I have finished reading the book that you recommended to me.

6. They have organized several social programs for poor people.

Simple Past Tense

7. She visited her grandparents during the last winter vacation.

8. We discussed the problem carefully before making a decision.

Past Continuous Tense

9. I was watching television when the power suddenly went out.

10. The children were playing in the field despite the hot weather.

Past Perfect Tense

11. He had completed the work before the manager arrived at the office.

12. We had left the house before it started raining heavily.

Simple Future Tense

13. I will help you with the project after finishing my own work.

14. They will arrange a meeting to solve the issue next week.

15. Sarah will travel to Dhaka for her university admission test.

 

Education and Technology

1.    শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে প্রযুক্তির ব্যবহার দিনে দিনে বৃদ্ধি করা হয়েছে।

2.    আধুনিক প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে পাঠদানকে আরও সহজ ও আকর্ষণীয় করে তোলা হয়েছে।

3.    অনলাইন ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা শিক্ষার্থীদের সুবিধার জন্য চালু করা হয়েছে।

4.    ডিজিটাল বোর্ড ও মাল্টিমিডিয়া উপকরণ স্কুলগুলোতে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে।

5.    ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষাসামগ্রী শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছে সহজে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

6.    প্রযুক্তির সহায়তায় শিক্ষকদের পাঠ প্রস্তুতি আরও কার্যকরভাবে সম্পন্ন করা হয়েছে।

7.    ফলে শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় গুণগত মান উন্নত করা হয়েছে।

1. Social networking sites are thought to have a negative impact on young people.

সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমগুলো তরুণদের ওপর নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে বলে মনে করা হয়।

2. It is believed that education plays a vital role in a country’s development.

  বিশ্বাস করা হয় যে একটি দেশের উন্নয়নে শিক্ষা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।

3. Strict laws should be enforced to reduce environmental pollution.

   পরিবেশ দূষণ কমানোর জন্য কঠোর আইন প্রয়োগ করা উচিত।

4. In many countries, public transportation is funded by the government.

 অনেক দেশে গণপরিবহন সরকার দ্বারা অর্থায়িত হয়।

5. New technologies are being introduced to improve the quality of education.

 শিক্ষার মান উন্নত করার জন্য নতুন প্রযুক্তি চালু করা হচ্ছে।

6. Children are encouraged to develop creative thinking skills at school.

   শিশুদের সৃজনশীল চিন্তাশক্তি বিকাশে স্কুলে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।

7. Online learning platforms have been widely used in recent years.**

   সাম্প্রতিক বছরগুলোতে অনলাইন শিক্ষার প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যাপকভাবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।

 

1️⃣ Simple Present Tense (Passive)

1. স্কুলটি কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা প্রতিদিন পরিষ্কার করা হয়।

 2️⃣ Present Continuous Tense (Passive)

2. রাস্তার কাজটি শ্রমিকদের দ্বারা বর্তমানে করা হচ্ছে।

3️⃣ Present Perfect Tense (Passive)

3. পরীক্ষার ফলাফল বোর্ডের দ্বারা ইতিমধ্যে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।

4️⃣ Simple Past Tense (Passive)

4. স্বাধীনতা দিবসটি গতকাল স্কুলের দ্বারা যথাযথভাবে উদ্‌যাপন করা হয়েছিল।

5️⃣ Past Continuous Tense (Passive)

5. সভার প্রস্তুতি কমিটির সদস্যদের দ্বারা তখন নেওয়া হচ্ছিল।

 6️⃣ Past Perfect Tense (Passive)

6. অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হওয়ার আগেই মঞ্চটি কর্মীদের দ্বারা সাজানো হয়েছিল।

 7️⃣ Simple Future Tense (Passive)

7. আগামীকাল নতুন ভবনটি কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা উদ্বোধন করা হবে।

 

8️⃣ Future Continuous Tense (Passive)

8. আগামী সপ্তাহে সড়ক মেরামতের কাজ প্রকৌশলীদের দ্বারা করা হতে থাকবে।

9️⃣ Future Perfect Tense (Passive)

9. মাসের শেষে প্রকল্পটি সরকারের দ্বারা সম্পূর্ণ করা হয়ে যাবে।

Present Perfect Continuous (Passive – ব্যবহারিক রূপ)

10. দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে এলাকাটি সিটি কর্পোরেশনের দ্বারা পরিষ্কার রাখা হয়েছে।
